There are three modes. Free to Play is a no-stakes mode where you can train and compete with nothing at risk. Play to Earn is the main mode: daily league rewards are paid in diamonds, and climbing into new leagues requires a one-time CPT unlock. Seasonal is a monthly competition with its own ranking and prize pool. You can switch between modes from the game.

Each day, players are grouped into leagues of 24. Your pirate automatically battles every other player in your group in a round-robin format — one match per hour. At the end of the day, the top 5 players are promoted to the next league, and the bottom 5 are relegated. There are 100 leagues in total.

No — battles happen automatically throughout the day. You don't need to be online or take any action during matches. Just log in to check your ranking and collect your daily rewards.

Battles are decided by a simulation engine based on six stats: Attack, Defense, Speed, Critical Chance, Critical Damage, and Vitality. Your pirate's unique bonuses and maluses are applied to these stats. Higher stats generally win, but critical hits and speed advantages can tip the balance.

Finish in the top 5 of your group at the end of the day and meet the minimum stat threshold for the next league. If your stats are too low even with a top ranking, you will stay in your current league until you train more. In Play to Earn mode, the next league must also be unlocked with CPT: each league is unlocked once, your current league is free, and you never pay again for a league you already unlocked (even after being relegated or resetting your character).

You train by spending Training Fruits on your pirate's six stats. Fruits regenerate over time — you earn new ones by waiting, winning league rewards, watching optional ads, inviting friends, or buying packs in the shop. Go to the Training screen, choose a stat, and spend as many fruits as you want.

It depends on your pirate and playstyle. Attack and Vitality are the most impactful for beginners. Speed determines who attacks first, which can be decisive in close fights. Each Straw Hat has bonuses that make certain stats more effective — for example, Zoro excels with Attack and Critical Damage, while Chopper benefits most from Vitality.

Diamonds 💎 are the in-game currency you earn by finishing in top positions in your daily league. CPT (CryptoPirateToken) is a real token on the Solana blockchain. Inside the game, you can convert diamonds into CPT at a fixed rate of 1 💎 = 1 CPT (one way only), and use CPT to unlock new leagues in Play to Earn mode. Rewards are calculated at the end of each day based on your final league ranking. You'll see a notification in the Rewards screen. You have 24 hours to claim them — after that they expire. Rewards include Training Fruits and diamonds depending on your rank and league level.

The minimum is 100 💎 (steps of 10) and a fee of 20 💎 applies. Requests are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are irreversible, so double-check your wallet address. Free to Play and Seasonal modes have no withdrawals. Diamonds already converted into in-game CPT cannot be withdrawn.

The first time a wallet receives CPT, a CPT token account must be opened (about 0.002 SOL), which is charged once in diamonds and shown in the quote. The price follows the market, and purchases are paused automatically if it falls below a safety floor. If a transfer ever fails, your diamonds are refunded automatically. Transfers are irreversible, so double-check your address. CPT you receive in your wallet cannot currently be sent back into the game.
